Through our Management Trainee Program Oriflame gives you the opportunity for an extremely exciting career within one of the most dynamic and fastest growing cosmetics companies in the world – and the goal is a management position within Oriflame.

The Management Trainee Program is a unique opportunity for a quick start to an international career and the first program within Oriflame designed for new graduates. Each year we will take on 3 dedicated and extraordinary people who are ready to give their all for 1 year.

As a Management Trainee you will work as a Managing Directors’ right hand in the role of Business Development Manager. You will spend 1 year working closely with senior management in one of our markets on different projects, in various areas of the business. You will learn a huge amount and develop both personally and professionally. There will be a lot of hard work but our aim is for you to have the best time of your career.

After a successful year as a Management Trainee you will become part of the Oriflame International Future Manger Pool.
